AAA was once upon a time synonymous with tours maps and emergency road assistance. Today, the 'AAA Show and Save Card' can get you nearly everything from discounts to books and even electronics apart from insurance of course. It is understandable why AAA is a family legacy in some families, they been around for nearly a century now.
American Automobile Association (AAA) simply is a group of over 900 motor clubs in America and Canada, who together have agreed to provide a certain standard in their services to members. So, every zip code has its own club office and membership is based on residence. Not only are they spread all over on the map, they have spread their wings on hotel bookings, discounted attractions and auto renting with repairs too.
Surely they seem like a one stop shop for all your life needs by the look of it. Lets look deeper, to see if we want to build a AAA relationship. How good is their service? What about cost for providing all these benefits?
To be specific, some have rated the customer service as excellent which is a 5 out of 5. While others who are just new to the market chose AAA, because their parents suggested it. The real test is when you meet with an accident or have to put in a claim.
A lady in California who met with an unfortunate accident commented that AAA provided excellent leg work. On the other hand, another gentleman from California says avoid them like a plague. People are different, we come across different situations in our daily lives and so are our comments.
Even though AAA is basically a group of non-profit organizations, will they stand the test of time? Are they worth the money? There have been reviews such as- do not trust them, they are liars. A bunch of them feel they are over charged and there are also families who feel they got its worth.
The general overview has been 3 out of 5. We understand black and white, grey is a bit tricky and thats AAA.
